Ukraine is part of the European community, in which international solidarity is transformed into responsible practical cooperation that supports the resilience of society, professional communities, and institutions in the face of protracted crises and recovery.

The mission of EUCCD is to promote the development of responsible partnerships and the implementation of initiatives that create long-term social value.

1. Humanitarian initiatives for critical infrastructure professionals
   The EUCCD focuses on supporting professional groups that ensure the continuous functioning of vital systems in crisis and post-crisis situations.
   This area of focus is aimed at the human dimension of resilience, the development of long-term humanitarian solutions, and improving the quality of support for critical infrastructure professionals.
2. Capacity building for civil society organizations
   EUCCD promotes the development of a capable and sustainable civil sector through long-term partnerships with civil society organizations. The focus of this area is on improving the quality of activities and achieving systemic impact in Ukraine’s recovery and development processes. This area focuses on strengthening the internal institutional capacity of civil society organizations.
3. International cooperation and partnerships for development
   EUCCD develops international cooperation aimed at integrating Ukrainian humanitarian and development initiatives into the European and international context. The organization participates in joint strategic planning, implementation, and support of international projects, ensuring the adaptation of international experience to the needs of partners and long-term development goals. This area is focused on developing international partnerships and participating in consortium initiatives.
