All of us should understand, that despite some of them working hundreds of miles away from the front, ALL our medical personnel are working in the first line. They do all that they can and much more every day, so our people are healthy and that those, who have been directly impacted by the war, get the best possible treatment!
Together with the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital and the renowned expert Svitlana Sasiuk we are developing a dedicated programme to support our medical staff in their emotional challenges, burnout syndrome and even PTSD!
