Together with IOM: Building a Space for Collaboration

In recent days, representatives of the European Ukrainian Council for Cooperation and Development and our associated Czech Ukrainian Council for Cooperation and Development, invited by the International Organization for Migration, took part in the Forum for Civil Society Organizations to exchange experiences and best practices.
The spirit was exactly what we value in the NGO sector — open, honest, and filled with meaningful dialogue.

We discussed resilience, partnerships, community work, challenges and solutions — not in theory, but through real practices, stories, and the lived experience of our colleagues.
For our team, this was more than just participating in an event — it was an opportunity to see how different organizations move towards a shared goal: strengthening people and communities that need support the most.

We especially appreciated the format created by IOM: equality in communication, genuine insights, and a space for questions and mutual support.
Such meetings and workshops inspire us to continue working harder and with even greater responsibility.

We sincerely thank IOM for the invitation and look forward to joining their future initiatives and collaborating wherever our experience can be of value.
