Rediscovering Purpose and Time Management: CARE Practical Sessions
As part of the CARE – Caring for the Caregivers programme, practical sessions for nurses were held at the oncology centre and the treatment and diagnostic building of the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital.

The sessions involved small-group work on two topics directly relevant to the daily reality of medical staff: restoring a sense of professional purpose and the value of their work, as well as time management strategies to prevent burnout.
The sessions were led by the project’s psychologists, Olga Lazorko and Kateryna Toy. The format was practice-oriented: providing space for reflection, professional dialogue and the development of tools that can be used in their work right away.

We would like to thank the participants for their openness and attendance.
The CARE project is implemented by the European-Ukrainian Cooperation and Development Council (EUCCD) with the support of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic as part of the MEDEVAC programme, in partnership with the Volyn Regional Clinical Hospital.
